Please note HMC logo is a registered certification mark. The HMC devices: labels, tapes, stamps, ties etc. remain the property of HMC. All rights are reserved.
HMC does not licence or permit any organisation or company to use the HMC logo on any printed or electronic media. It has come to our attention that some companies are using the HMC logo on their websites and printed material; this is not allowed. The HMC acquired the certification mark to protect the symbol of HMC. The registration of the certification mark gives the HMC to prevent unauthorised use through legal action for infringement.
However, certified companies may apply to the HMC for the use of HMC certification mark on their printed material, websites etc. Terms and conditions will apply. Upon approval, HMC will provide the correct form of the HMC certification logo.
