The list below contains details of slaughterhouses and processing plants that provide HMC certified meat & poultry products, and therefore the information contained is intended for retail outlets wanting to adopt HMC certification.
Please note, products are only certified as long as the HMC devices are attached e.g. labels, stamps, seals, ties, etc. Some of the suppliers have only agreed on their part production to be certified, therefore be sure to request HMC certified products only.
Alternatively, retailers may also encourage their existing suppliers to adopt HMC certification.
