Current list of HMC approved & certified butchers in the Republic of Ireland region who have signed an agreement to supply HMC certified meat & poultry products.
Please note that the butchers listed below are monitored on a daily basis and only certified as long as a HMC certificate is displayed on their premises. Please also note that certificates from various butchers may be removed at any time if we feel that our requirements are not being met. We therefore highly recommend that you look for the HMC certificate on display in the shop and regularly check this list on our website.
